Below you will find answers to the most common questions you may have about BFFR Print Co. If you still can’t find the answer you’re looking for, just contact us.
We only ship within the USA.
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Business days are Monday-Friday (except holidays).
Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be delivered via our standard shipping method (USPS First Class Package).
Send us an email to bffrprint@gmail.com with your name, order number and corrected address. We will let you know if we're able to correct your order.
We offer free US shipping on orders over $100.
Returns and exchanges
BFFR Print Co. accepts returns within 14 days of receipt given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at bffrprint@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note: At this time, BFFR Print Co. does not provide return shipping labels.

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
If you would like to make an exchange, you can contact us at bffrprint@gmail.com. We ask that you return the original item and place a new order. We will refund you for the returned item once it has been received.
